Every square inch of Aston Martin’s DBX707 SUV justifies its $239,086 price tag, and this includes the outstanding interior.

With the market trend known as the SUV craze, the majority of the world's most recognized luxury car manufacturers are now producing crossovers. And now, thanks to advancements in the automotive world, stronger and more robust performance SUVs continue joining the hottest market segment.

These performance SUVs now have access to a wider market as they are able to combine all the strong attributes of conventional SUVs, such as 5+ seating capacity and sit 3-feet-high ride height, with everything we love about sports cars, which includes the stronger potent engines, greater accelerations, and fun-to-drive qualities. Porsche makes the Cayenne. Lamborghini makes the Urus. And Ferrari is about to introduce its first and most anticipated SUV: the 2023 Ferrari Purosangue. Another example of a perfect performance SUV from Aston Martin - and a brand-new entry in this category - is the DBX707.

Compared to the standard DBX, the DBX707 receives an exterior visual transformation, with a much more intimidating front end that features a larger front grille, updated daytime running lights, and a commanding front splitter. Additional brake cooling ducts and new DRL designs in the headlamp housings add visual breadth. It flaunts wider tracks and deeper, more strongly sculpted side sills, which give it a more purposeful appearance, while the new double-deck rear diffuser and quad-exhaust setup at the rear end - not forgetting the car's fixed ‘ducktail lip’ roof spoiler - add a sporty finish.

On the road, the Aston Martin DBX707 delivers a sophisticated drive. The new nine-speed wet clutch gearbox behaves smoothly with minimum jerkiness, shifting softly and effectively. The powerful engine breathes life to the wheels, propelling you to your goal with assurance and - thanks to the air suspension system – comfort. Although the Bentley Bentayga Speed, Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, and the Lamborghini Urus pose a threat to the Aston Martin SUV, the DBX707 still has a leg up on the competition. With a top speed of 193 mph and a 0-62 mph duration of 3.3 seconds, the DBX707 SUV is a true beast in the supercar territory.

We’re discussing the Interior of the Aston Martin DBX707, eyeballing its design, practicality, and technology.

Inspired by its DBX sibling, the interior of the Aston Martin DBX707 is every bit as opulent as you would anticipate it to be, with a unique design and a variety of leather options, although it still largely looks like the base DBX. Its Interior features include a sporty steering wheel, multi-adjustable heated and ventilated seats, an Alcantara® headlining, and a dark chrome trim.

To shake things up, the DBX707 comes with new 16-way power sports seats, which have an athletic, wingback-style design, with the legendary Aston Martin wings embroidered into the seat backs. There’s a unique black racing stripe that flows middle of the rear row, adding a sporty taste to the cabin. In response to shortcomings of the standard DBX, the DBX707 incorporates new features like soft-close doors and a new adjustable cupholder design.

As it is with the Aston Martin DBX707’s 697 hp 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, the SUV’s cabin also uses a lot of Mercedes-sourced features. The most interesting Mercedes feature is the updated console, which features a number of buttons and switches for the manual transmission mode, the adaptive damping, and the all-new rotary drive mode dial, which gives the driver access to a variety of newly configured drive modes, such as the Sport+ mode. There are also options for "Terrain" for off-road driving, "GT" for the most comfortable touring, and "Sport" for agile road driving.

Despite that it's geared towards performance, the DBX707 still takes on a cool technology approach as well. Aside from the center console, Aston relies on Mercedes-AMG for the supply of its electrical architecture, which includes digital instrumentation and infotainment features.

And while the MBUX infotainment suite found in the latest Mercedes-Benz models is the newer and more advanced version, the one used in the Aston Martin is the older COMAND interface. Some graphics may have been changed, but the functionality remains the same. A wide 10.25-inch screen that sits in the center of the dashboard provides access to features such as Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM satellite radio, and Bluetooth. However, like its standard sibling, the DBX’s huge screen lacks touchscreen functionality, which is a bummer. Oh, and Android Auto is also absent. Like the standard DBX, the DBX707’s cockpit also has a 12.3-inch driver information display.

The cabin comes standard with a Piano Black veneer and dark chrome finish, but those looking for a little more bling can opt for the Bright chrome trim, bronze metal mesh veneer, or Carbon fiber chrome color options.

The seats of the Aston Martin DBX707 are available in a total of 30 primary colors, with a variety of secondary colors for some truly striking combinations, such as the Titanium Grey/Electron Yellow combo, which gives it a bolder and more confident appearance, or the pleasurable blue/black combo, which adds a classier appeal, as well as a sense of peace and serenity.

The cabin of the DBX707 has 109 cubic feet of total passenger volume, with 41.7 inches of legroom and 40.9 inches of headroom in the front, as well as 40.9 inches of legroom and around 40 inches in the back, which is enough to seat all 5 occupants comfortably. It also gets 23 cubic feet of cargo room behind the rear seats, which is enough to carry between 6 and 8 suitcases.
