Agro Tech Foods Limited ('Licensor') had executed an agreement ('said Agreement') with Priyanka Refineries Private Limited ('Licensee') on 1st November, 2021 for usage of brand 'Crystal'. The said Agreement had been executed for grating the exclusive and royalty bearing rights to the Licensee by the Licensor to manufacture, market, sell or distribute such Products, as agreed under the said Agreement, under the brand name 'Crystal' and subject to the other terms and conditions as enumerated in the said Agreement. In exchange for the limited rights granted to the Licensee pursuant to the said Agreement, the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor a royalty as per the rate as agreed and mentioned in the said Agreement.
